Airport shuttle, staff and room were great. Only issue was having to walk up to 5th floor because elevator was out of commission. Kind of a drag at midnight after a 5-hour flight.

The staff were very courteous. Check in and check out both went smoothly. The room and hallways were clean and the pool looked lovely but I didn't have time to use it. The bed was very comfortable.
