This was our second stay and we like this place for the location and the reasonable price. It is clean, quiet, and has very comfortable beds.Since I cook while I'm there, I appreciate the good selection of pots and pans for the stove top, along with a full-size refrigerator. I just bring what I need such as food storage containers and ovenware.I also appreciate the excellent lighting which is essential for a basement apartment.Our host was quick to respond and was willing to make sure our stay was best experience possible.

This basement suite was in a quiet location. The suite was very clean and well-maintained. Communication with the owner was immediate every time. If you are cooking, excellent pots and pans are provided along with utensils. However, you will need to bring your own oven ware and food storage containers if you need them.I appreciated the labeled light switches. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was listed as a two bedroom house. Had to enter through to the back and go downstairs to enter as it was a two bedroom in the basement, no yard or porch to sit in. (2 of us where seniors and stairs were hard to manage) the post also claimed there was laundry which was behind a locked door and only for people who where there a long time. It was clean and the owner was quick to respond when we couldn’t access the code for the door.
