Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection
Hotel heat in common areas very hot and room temperature was set to 28 when we arrived with no way to cool it off. Wall unit would not cool and windows did not open. Was not possible to sleep in that heat, so we left and were not refunded.

I have been in very many hotels, even Holiday Inns, that offer lower costs but this by far is the best property I have ever stayed in. And I did not even get the best type of room. Every single aspect of the hotel , down to the room service food - an area where most hotels fail - is at least an 8 ...

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The price is fair for the rooms. This hotel is located in a convenient locations to rearaurants and attractions. I will continuw to stay here for the price, great staff, and convenience. Thanks.
