“The property is just lovely. The place was so well appointed, nothing was missing. All the appliances worked great, the back yard area was awesome. It was quiet and dark for sleeping. We loved it and if our futurte plans include the Kernville area we will be sure to try and stay again!”

The house was a great get away from the city life, the view, the quiet and the simple fact that everything we wanted to go do is less than 10mins away driving was a big plus. “This is a wonderful, comfortable and clean rental. It was perfect for our group of 3 parents and 5 older teens for a rafting trip.”

“Property is an amazing place. Very vintage. Really unique with the indoor pool and hot tub. Due to technical difficulties and a health issue, we had to cut our stay short. The owner was very helpful about the situation. Be prepared for a very windy road to get to the property.”

When arriving, we initially thought our stay would be in the cute home next door. Though the address I was given wasn't the next door address, we thought surely we wouldn't be staying in someone's back yard. We were wrong. “Private riverside retreat. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. During our stay the river flow was very fast and there were quite a lot of rafts and kayakers going by. So very cool to watch and cheer them on. The house had all the amenities you could think of- meaning you could cook and not have to brimg anything from home - like OMG I forgot the can opener...Ive done that before. Landscaping like a beautiful park. The sounds of the river were refreshing and lulled you into a good sleep. Oh to……

“This location was perfect for our visit to a Springville wedding. Comfortably accommodated our group with three bedrooms and roomy kitchen. It offered a patio with plenty of seating, and a dining table, with a beautiful view and decorative outside lighting. The WIFI was great and TV had lots of options. A side note, the stairwell didn't fully extend to the upper floor so if you have older/younger folks you'd need to be careful. The host was very communicative and responsive. We would highly……
