Featuring 6 bedrooms with built-ins and ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms (toilet shower combined), 2 living spaces, indoor-outdoor dining (bi-fold doors open onto the entertainers’ deck), basic laundry facilities, BBQ, and a fully enclosed rear yard.

Equipped kitchen featuring 2 full-size refrigerators! Cooking appliances, coffee-making facilities, cups, bowls, pots, plates, pans, cutlery, and serving trays. Easy to clean up after yourself with a family-sized dishwasher! Dishwashing tablets, detergents, and household cleaners are available and welcome to be used.

Each of the 6 bedrooms has oil heaters, warm blankets, and spare pillows in the built-in wardrobes. Bedside lighting and large sliding windows. Feel the coastal breeze and listen to the waves crashing on the shore.

Connect to the property's Wi-Fi and enjoy streaming your favourite music and movies direct to the TV with the Google Chrome cast, available in the rear living area. Kick back and enjoy under the air con or cook up a feast on the 6-burner flat plate BBQ, listening to your favourite turns on the portable Bluetooth speaker.

No need for keys here! Watts @ Callala is accessible via a coded front door lock.

Check-in: 3 pm | Check-out: 10 am (earlier/later times available by arrangement).

When it’s time to finally leave we ask that you kindly vacate by 10 am, but if you are struggling to get up and go, please let the manager know and a later time may be advised.

Watts @ Callala is Child, Pet, and Wheelie walker friendly (Please contact us prior to any bookings about accessible or wheelchair bookings. We are wheelchair friendly & not accessible for the entire house, We have listed it as wheelchair accessible due to the limitations of the booking platform options.)

The child's highchair and port-a-cot are in the bunk room cupboard.

Wi-Fi is available (modem situated behind the TV in the front lounge).

Positioned right next to the walking track, it takes you directly to the spectacular shores of Callala Beach which are only 300m away!!

Callala Beach is dog-friendly with off-leash times all year-round.

Located on the northern side of Jervis Bay, Callala Beach offers safe swimming for all ages.

Even in the winter months, there are things to do!

Club Callala offers a great range of activities, a tranquil 18-hole golfing experience in a national park-like setting, Lawn bowls for all ages, a snooker table, and is only a 500m walk down the road or the courtesy bus is a phone call away.

Callala Beach community centre has a weekly roster covering Yoga, Pilates, and Kids playgroups there is even a Tennis court hire next door.

You can take a trip with Captain Dave and board the Husky Ferry (Myola pick-up) directly to Huskisson’s main shopping and dining strip.

Callala Bay shopping complex situated on Emmett St has all you need to stock up for your stay. Locally run IGA, bottle shop, butchers, bakery, take away, café, post office, hair salon, chemist, laundromat, dollar store, and a Vinnies second-hand store.

Boat ramps are located at Myola and Callala Bay for easy launching of your marine vessel.

Jervis Bay and surrounds offer kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, whale and dolphin watching, museums, markets, hiking, sailing, fishing, boating, mountain bike riding, walking tracks, national parks, snorkeling, and community-run activities. Just take a stroll down one of our beautiful beaches or poke around one of the many stores or cafes located throughout Shoalhaven.

Disturbances and loud parties will not be tolerated. This is not a party house.
We respect our neighbours and would appreciate it if you did too.

Wi-Fi is available at the property but due to reception and service issues, it cannot be relied upon.

There is no clothes dryer on the premises.

Due to Stayz and NSW tourism policies Watts @ Callala can only cater to a maximum of 12 adults (2 adults per bedroom) and 4 children.

We are BYO linen. Linen hire is available at request for an additional $395.
Important: If you have opted for linen hire, check-in will be at 4 PM to allow time for setup. However, we will do our best to accommodate a 3 PM check-in when possible.

Linen essentials unless you have taken up the linen hire option, you will need to bring:
Bed sheets
Pillowcases
Bath

We supply mattress protectors, pillows and protectors, doonas with covers, hand towels, and tea towels.

PLEASE NOTE we do not supply toiletries, other essentials, food, and drinks(coffee capsules for the espresso machine (K-fee brand) if you enjoy a good coffee in the morning), bath mats, or beach towels.

We ask that you keep your pets off the beds and furniture and please dispose of their waste in the outdoor garbage bin (Red lid). Fees may be applied if pet waste is not disposed of correctly. You are also subject to all expenses associated with any damage caused by your animal.

Due to the size of the property and guest numbers we do require a security deposit of $500 (minimum). The full amount will be returned once the property inspection is complete and there is no damage. It usually takes 5-7 days after checkout for it to be returned to your account. An additional bond of $500.00 is required for groups under 25 years of age. More than 12 guests is $1000.00. Groups under 25 years old will require a $1000.00 bond. School leavers require a $2000.00 bond

Kerbside garbage is collected on Tuesday mornings.

The listed price is based on 8 guests.

Last-minute bookings are subject to cleaning staff availability. Check-in times may vary.

Parking is available on-site but limited to 4 vehicles.

Watts @ Callala has a strict NO SMOKING (indoor) policy. An outdoor ashtray can be supplied if requested.
