“Customer service was not helpful with applying for the rewards, but I stay at this exact comfort suites regularly at least once a month. I asked for help with signing up and the front desk, lady was very rude and didn’t even try to help when I asked for help. Other than that I always enjoy my stay here. ”

“Room was fantastic. Gentlemen at the desk was helpful and wished me luck on my weld test the next day. Overall great spot. Only complaint the hairdryer and TV didn't work. But as far as I'm concerned if that's all that's wrong at a hotel all is good. ”

“This was the first time staying at a Hotel Indigo and I was very impressed. From the moment I checked in I felt welcomed along with my little fur ball Gizmo.
