「Perfectly situated in a quiet cove off Lake Barkley. We enjoyed our week here it was very peaceful. The home was well equipped with several sitting areas, 2 fridges plus a chest freezer and large couches. The dock was just right for our Sea Doos and the marina was just a few minutes away.」

「I can not say enough about this property and the host. David was very easy and responsive to talk with. He made sure we had everything we needed and knew all the "rules" of the house. 「We love the Kentucky Lake area and this was the best location between Murray, Grand Rivers, and LBL. This home is a new build and has all the updated features. The guys loved the pool table upstairs. We might have used the bedroom upstairs if there was a half bath or full bath upstairs. We enjoyed the sunset over the lake. We did not get to use the pool as advertised. Looked like a new pool is being put in, so maybe in the future we can do that. Overall, a very lovely home, had the basic kitchen...

「Very nice place! It was so quiet and peaceful…it’s basically on a private road with almost no traffic. The house is as described, with several modern updates with guests in mind. Excellent communication with host. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The screened deck is awesome!」
