Perfect rental for a family stay

Our family stay in this rental was wonderful and met all our expectations!The residence is perfectly located, the accommodation is clean, spacious, and well-equipped.Communication with Christophe and Maria was excellent.We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back!

einfach toll im Winter

sehr gut ausgestattete, komplett geflieste (gut für Hund) Wohnung im 1. Stock mit Lift. Heizung (air condition) in jedem Raum, gut im Winter. Vom Wintergarten hat man Blick auf den Strand, das Meer und auf den Pinon de Ifach. Zentral gelegen, in wenigen Gehminuten mitten im Zentrum. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Tierklinik alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einzelgarage (mehr breit, als lang) vorhanden.

High quality, comfortable accomodation in a prime location.

This property provides everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. Security at the property is exceptional, from the remote vehicle gates to the video visitor calling. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, our local contact, who went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The location of the property is fantastic, giving wonderful views of the promenade and beach, and is close to all amenities including restaurants, shops and even keep fit equipment on the beach. Thanks to Christophe and Maria for matching an exceptional property with fantastic service.

Immaculate

We used this accommodation for 1 week and from start to finish we could not fault it. There is everything that you would need for a relaxing holiday, a proper home from home. The view from the balcony is amazing, so much so we did not use the TV for the first five days then we realised that we could not find any English channels but Pepe had it sorted within the hour. Due to a poor experience renting lately I have to thank Christophe and Pepe for their professional service and outstanding accommodation in restoring our confidence and will definitely use them again. Chris and Denise.

Tolle Ferienwohnung an guter Lage

Tolle Lage, man erreicht fast alles zu Fuss. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Praktisch ist der verglaste Balkon, so dass man auch bei Wind den Meerblick geniessen kann. Überdachter Parkplatz, deutsches TV (HD) und eigenes WLAN vorhanden. Schöne Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Sehr netter Besitzer der auch deutsch spricht. Wir kommen wieder! :-)

This is a first rate apartment with fabulous views

We have had a good many years of winter stays in Calpe and this apartment is the by far the best we have ever stayed in. It offers roomy accommodation and at the same time cosy and homely. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay with a bit of luxury next to the beach and minutes away from the restaurants, bars and shops. The TV has numerous channels from different countries and the charming owner supplied us with a full list including English channels for our nights in. We have already booked again for our next visit.
