A great family stay!

Villa bellissima was perfect. A large family holiday of 14 was comfortably accommodated. The villa had absolutely everything we could need. The pool area can be locked off when smaller kids are outside. Plenty of room for everyone too! Would recommend. A bit of a hill to manage to get to and from the town but doable!

We spent a lovely time in Villa Bellissima. The villa was beautiful and amazing. Very well equipped... we didnt miss anything. The open views, and the terrace is spectacular. A night on the Jacuzzi, with the citylights on sight is highly recommended experience. Stuff was very kind, even we arrived really late. Already booked for next year! Thanks Guzman

Fantastic villa

As a family we had a fabulous stay in the villa, the cleanliness is five star, it is also very well equipped but a welcome pack would have been appreciated as we arrived on the Sunday and local supermarkets are closed. A car would definitely be recommended if you’re not able walk far as its on a incline. Although the taxis are ready available and cost between 9 and 13 euros to the seafront. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Holiday with friends

Fantastic modern and spacious villa. Immaculately clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we could want. Bedrooms were lovely, comfortable and air-conditioned. The only downside was that two bedrooms were in the basement with no windows/natural light, Although on the plus side this did mean that they stayed cool during the day! The local Lidl was a two minute drive and open every day. The beach is an easy 20 minute walk down hill (30 mins uphill on the way back!!) And there were plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. We had an amazing time and would definitely go back

Excellent spacious villa. Beautiful pool and outside area. BBQ & outside table big enough to sit all of us. We were a family of 12 adults (16 years to 83 years) and we had a wonderful week in the villa.It is on a hill so a 25/30 min walk down into Calpe/promenade & beach.Small supermarket a 10min walk away.Lovely views from the Villa of the mountains & Calpe although Calpe is a bit to built up for me personally & the building work in the town is ongoing.

Just had a week in Villa Bellissima in Calpe. The villa was beautiful & spotlessly clean. Pool and outside space was perfect for what we wanted. We were a family of 12 adults & there was enough space for us all and parking for 3 cars. We used the BBQ a few times and the table outside seated us all. There is a little shop about a 8/10min walk away or Lidl which is about a 15/20min walk. The villa is on a hill so the walk back from the beach /promenade/Calpe town can be a challenge if it’s hot, (We were there beg of July, temp was about 34 degrees!!) It is doable though! Would def recommend this villa & booking through Villas Guzman as they were very accommodating & answered all my queries

We spent a week over New Year at this villa and had a fabulous time - mainly due to the standard of the accommodation. We were a relatively small group of 8 - 2 families - so the space was vast. It was immaculate - I’m very fussy about hygiene but this was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. The ‘basement’ was perfect for the teens. They enjoyed the sauna, their only living room and table tennis and we could shut the door so they could sleep in without being disturbed. The ground floor had two big bedrooms and a bathroom which were round a corner so very private. There was also a downstairs loo/shower room. Kitchen was well equipped. Hand wash and small washing up liquid/sponge were provided but that was it. No shampoo/shower gel etc. which I think is the norm in Spain but worth knowing. The top floor views were incredible and the bedrooms (3) lovely. Outside was vast. 8 lounges (another 2 on the upstairs deck), big seating area to eat and 2 separate comfy sofa areas. We were blessed with the weather for December / January so sat outside a lot. Calpe was a 20 min walk and very doable. The trek back up the hill was also fine. There were still plenty of bars and restaurants open and the ‘kids’ found a few late night clubs. We only ate out twice as the villa was so nice and the many nearby supermarkets well stocked. Walkable but we had car’s. Excellent communication from the owners. If I was planning a similar kind of trip I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.
