“This hotel is situated in a central area near the top of the stunning Ragusa Ibla, around tiny windy streets and steep steps, with stunning views over the Duomo and surrounding countryside. It really is a magical area and the hotel is a little oasis of calm. Nice big rooms and very clean. The breakfast was nice and the staff members were really helpful and friendly- couldn’t have asked for more!”

“The hotel owner, Guiliana was wonderful. She could not do enough to help us. The venue was in a very quiet and peaceful area and the facilities were clean and comfy and decorated with incredible Italian style. The food was simple but amazing and we had dinner at the sister Agritourism hotel which was an excellent meal. Would definitely return! ”

“Great couple that hosted us and provide a typical European breakfast (pastries and coffee). Great recommendations for places to eat and sites to see. Has a communal kitchen space you can use if needed with all the cutlery, glassware, plates if needed. Great view from our place, has a nice outdoor patio to hangout as well.”

“The room was nice. Had everything we needed. Language barrier aside, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Our passports were held overnight which was disconcerting, but normal I hear. My only complaint is the motion sensor light in the stairwell shut off mid staircase leaving us to use our cell phone lights to get up to our room.”

“Fantastic staff, starting with the super Cinzia and the amazing Daniele, the resort’s master chef. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer and experience Saturday pizza night. Palazzolo itself is lovely and you are just a 45 minute drive through the lovely countryside to such towns as Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Siracusa.”
