「The hotel is perfectly located to enjoy Appleton, Lawrence University, Saturday farmers market and some great restaurants. They also have a nice pool. The very mild issue was the Harvest restaurant breakfast which was disappointing. There are good restaurants close by though so overall it wasn’t an issue. Also, Starbucks is in the hotel. We’ve stayed before and will definitely stay again!」

「Staff was friendly. Building felt a bit old and run down but over all was clean. My room was a bit humid since temps were almost mid 90s, so understandable. AC unit quickly helped reduce the mugginess. Upon first observation of our room, everything was clean and orderly. I was using the bathroom until I saw a small German cockroach in the bathtub. It wasn't that active, this was late afternoon. I didn't get a video but we killed it and flushed it down the drain. I became riddled with anxiety!...

「Perfect Location, with a kwik trip a few mins away to grab necessities. Quiet, Clean, Friendly Staff in the morning when we went to grab our breakfast, pool and hot tub was GREAT! Temps just right! 7 hr drive & a 4 night stay, we will be staying again if I come back to the area.」

「We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help. After I called...

「The AC didn't cool like I thought it should but it ended up keeping us quite comfortable considering the heat wave that was happening during our stay.」

「Everything is great except they like to book folks next to eachother, probably trying to make it easy for the housekeeping crews. However, walls are thin so when my neighbors were making noise, I could hear everything. I come for work alone 12hr days and some night shifts on the highway as a heavy equipment operator. I’ve expressed my need for quiet many times but the memo doesn’t always get to all the front desk clerks.」
