「Our stay at Robin's Nest was absolutely perfect! It was a memoria trip as it was the one-year anniversary of my father's passing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for the two dogs to run and we enjoyed the view of Lake Superior from a distance and enjoyed some nights around the campfire. My Dad loved upper Michigan and we are hoping to make this our yearly memorial trip. It was a short drive to Lake Supeior as well as to Houghton but was very secluded....

There were 2 a/c units that kept us very comfortable. 「What a great hideaway! Close to Houghton, close to calumet & a great base camp for Kewaunaw Peninsula! The home was very spacious and the living room with 4 couches was great! The upstairs was great with 3 bedrooms and, through a door - an attic area with more beds! Thanks again for a wonderful weekend! 」

「This ended up being the perfect choice for us. Nice cozy place to come back to after a day of exploring. Beautiful sunsets over the lake, you can have a fire if you like or spend some time in the wood barrel sauna! Getting ready in the morning was awesome we would see a family of bald eagles flying around from a near by nest.」

「The house was clean and well updated without losing the charm of an old house. It was walking distance to the local restaurants and stores we wanted to visit. Nice and quiet area so the kids could sleep.」

「The house was immaculate. The beds were so comfy. The house provided ample space for all of my family to get together and celebrate Easter. The kitchen was well stocked. We were able to prepare several large dinners for everyone. I loved sitting in the front room drinking morning coffee and watching ships pass on the lake. 「This was a great stay! Beautiful property! We absolutely loved catching sunrises from the beach and having bonfires with the sound of the waves to unwind in the evening! The family games and things to keep children busy were a great touch as well! This was a perfect base camp for our UP travels!」

「Clean and well equipped. The lighthouse is fabulous, and the views of Lake Superior and the Eagle River are stunning. The Keweenaw has always been our favorite place, and staying here made it even more special. Jan is a terrific host, a wealth of information, and most responsive to our needs. We highly recommend.」
