Everything was great! Wish there s a shop at the hotel. The mini golf needs to be renovated. The staff members were great n friendly. The only confusing part was the maze from the front desk to the room or pool/beach.

The social media representation of this property is not an accurate portrayal in the least. The property is very old, with a musky smell masked by heavy perfume. The beach area is very rocky and the beach chairs are very old and very limited in number (with guest rushing to reserve and then leaving them unattended for hours). Not worth the cost at all.

Great staff, location and overall vacation. Hotel AC was lacking but everything else made up for it. Would love to return and enjoy the holiday all over again. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good. Lots of pools. Private cove and beach with stunning views. All balconies were great sizes. Lobby bar was great for evening drinks. Onsite parking was helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Bon Sol! We were traveling with our 21 month old and the staff was so accommodating and welcoming. We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable and fitted with all the amenities we needed to make things convenient - baby toiletries, towel and a rolling crib. The second bathroom was super helpful and allowed for additional flexibility with our little one. The view was also so beautiful! Everyone was so willing to help with our little one making sure we were good on milk and any special meals he preferred. We enjoyed pool time (although it does get deep quickly) with hotel-provided pool noodles. My husband and I were able to really enjoy the wet spa which was such a special treat and included with a quick phone reservation. The hotel was close to some restaurants but we had a car so that was helpful getting around Mallorca. Parking was also available, however, the lot was quite tight. Honestly - one of my favorite vacation stays!

The staff are amazing and so kind, however… the property is falling apart. The rooms are clean but ancient. It reminded me of my grandmothers bedroom. I loved the staff and how fun and nice they all were. I do need to say they are amazing. The hotel and everything needs a major facelift. Crumbling concrete, tiny car park is a mess, carpets are stained from years and years ago. Skip it, there’s better places

We very much enjoyed our stay at Bon Sol, with a spacious and clean room with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. We loved hanging out on the lounge chairs by the sea, and there was plenty of space for everyone given all of the swimming pools on the premises as well. We also tried playing squash for the first time since they had a court for that.

Breakfast was good. Older crowd. Certain parts of the hotel are outdated. Rooms were spacious, but beds were uncomfortable- very hard and could use more blankets not just a top sheet. Shower and toilet area was updated. Mini refrigerator did not work very well. They gave us a bottle of cava which was nice. Check in- staff was friendly but a little slow and disorganized. They offered us a drink ticket which was appreciated, but that also took a long time to get a drink. Beach/pool area- left over food and drinks were laying out. We could not find a spot at the beach because everyone lays their towel down to reserve a seat (even though they are not physically sitting there most of the day). We even went down at 8am and found the same thing. Pool area could be cleaner. Due to this we ended up not spending a lot of time on the property. Overall the stay was just okay.

Insgesamt schöne Anlage, aber mit einigen Einschränkungen: Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen: die Klimaanlage konnte nachts nicht genutzt werden, da diese unglaublich laut ist. Das Wasser in der Dusche pendelt zwischen kalt und sehr heiß (hab mich beinahe verbrüht) ohne, dass man etwas verstellt hat. Zimmerreinigung war okay, aber nicht gut. Die vom Wind, Vögeln und der Botanik entsprechend verschmutzte Terrasse wurde erst nach unserer Bitte nach 3 Tagen gereinigt. Fliegengitter wären empfehlenswert, da zumindest in diesem Zimmer aufgrund der Pflanzen viele Moskitos sind. Wartezeiten an der Poolbar regelmäßig viel zu lang: 3 Mitarbeiter, kein weiterer Gast und man wird erst nach mehreren Minuten bedient. Sonnenliegen werden bereits früh morgens reserviert. Es wird entgegen der Ankündigung des Hotels nichts dagegen unternommen. Bei Fragen an der Rezeption hierzu, war die Reaktion der Mitarbeiterin ein Achselzucken. Wir wurden täglich auf dem Parkdeck zugeparkt. Am Abreisetag war dies leider insofern kritisch, als dass man nicht wusste, wem das blockierende Fahrzeug gehört. Wir wären beinahe nicht rechtzeitig vom Parkplatz gekommen. Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht, wussten aber nicht zu wem das blockierende Auto gehörte. Idee: Bei Ausgabe Kennzeichen auch Name und Zimmernummer notieren, dann kann das Personal das Fahrzeug dem Gast zuordnen. Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis passt für uns so nicht.
