Great Location, Heated Pool

A short walk to local beaches and restaurants, well located for cycling in the southern Tramuntana. The heated pool is a great touch. Lots of outdoor space. Convenient, private parking.

Beautiful house in a good area

Fantastic villa with everything that you need. Beautiful garden with large pool, there is many space around the house, everything is very modern. The location is wonderful, 5mins walking distance to sea. The restaurants and supermarket is on the same street, 5mins to the square - car not required unless of course you want to visit other parts of this beautiful island. We don't normally go back to the same place twice but this time we may make an exception.

Fantastic holiday amazing Villa great location Loads of restaurant's bars and shops open till late Did have a little trouble with address on arrival Three attempts with driver of transport And although apparently i had been send instruction of how to access i did not receive then until internet connected once in villa bit stressful for myself had to call host late was a little hard to contact that late but all sorted didnt get to meet host either. Great holiday though will be back to stay again i hope so nice to have pool no one else can use cool

Lovely villa

This is a beautiful villa in a good location. There are many shops and restaurants very nearby. There is a hotel opposite but that didn't bother us, if you want a quiet location this isn't the one for you. The villa is spacious and the pool is huge but very cold as it is under cover and doesn't get heated by the sun. Even on a hot day it is quite difficult to get in! The two double bedrooms are very spacious. The two twin bedrooms seem to be made from a room that has been divided, sharing one a/c unit. We had two adults in the bunk beds which did not benefit at all from the airconditioning and had to sleep with the folding door open as its such a small room and got very hot. Outside spaces are lovely, very clean and well looked after. Inside, some parts of the villa and equipment are getting a little dated. We enjoyed our stay very much at this beautiful villa but think it is probably a little overpriced.

Very nice villa

This a very nice, modern and extremely spacious villa tucked away in a private location a few minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants. Maybe 10-15 mins walk from the main Santa Ponsa beach.

It would of been nice to beable to see some news and a programme of an evening also I think the summary said heated pool I did not find this and I could not ask the pool man as we did not see him. Lovely house with a few things to be aware of

The check in and information passed from Lidia was excellent. The interior of the house and the terrace are lovely. We felt secure in the house and enjoyed the terrace and the house very much. Unfortunately we had not realised that one of the bedrooms is completely separate from the main house, and has not got an en suite bathroom, meaning someone was away from the rest of the family and had to have their own keys and also exit their bedroom in the night if they needed the bathroom. With a family of teenage / 20 year old girls this was not a popular choice. The pool was uncomfortably cold, if the kids were young and unable to get warm through doing lengths, we would not have been able to use the pool. The shadow caused by the terrace means the pool only has 20% of sun for a couple of hours in the morning, not enough to heat the pool and it meant those who wanted to sunbathe were on a different floor to those who were brave enough to swim. This was a real shame and we would not stay again as a result. The oven door is broken which made cooking at home a bit of a pain, though the local area had some nice restaurants & we made use of those. All in all a nice house but the layout was tricky for us.

Mallorca im Herbst immer eine Reise wert!

Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage Herbsturlaub! Die Villa ist groß bietet im Grunde alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit Lidia war einfach, sie hat uns am Ankunftstag persönlich empfangen, eine Flasche Sekt und ein paar Snacks für die Kinder standen bereit - sehr nett! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab es trotzdem, die zu bemängeln sind. Zuerst gab es Verwirrung auf unserer Seite, da die uns per E-Mail mitgeteilte Telefonnummer sowie der Name der Ansprechperson, die wir bei Ankunft anrufen sollten, falsch war. Diese Fehler, auch zur Adresse der Villa, sollten schnellst möglichst behoben werden! Der Pool ist riesig und lädt zum Schwimmen ein, war aber leider zu kalt. Eine Poolheizung können wir nur dringend empfehlen!!! Gegenüber der Villa steht ein Hotel, der Sichtschutz auf der Terrasse war leider teilweise kaputt. Im Herbst war die Musik mäßig laut und die Animation selten, im Sommer sicherlich anders. Der Sportplatz direkt nebenan (Tennis, Basketball, Fußball, Speckbrett) war immer gut besucht, für uns mit zwei Kindern ein Vorteil, wenn man Ruhe sucht, nicht so. Die Villa ist nachts rundherum schön beleuchtet, blickdichte Vorhänge aber leider nur im großen Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Wer bei Helligkeit im Zimmer nicht schlafen kann, hat ein Problem. Rund um die Villa gibt es viele Restaurants, (sehr empfehlen können wir das argentinische Steakhouse) in der Saison auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Fußläufig ist ein Steinstrand zu erreichen, Sandstrände sind wir mit dem Auto angefahren. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Haus zufrieden, können aber wegen kleinerer Mängel und „Nebengeräuschen“, und auch mit Blick auf den Preis keine 5 Sterne vergeben.

The facilities, location and cleanliness of the property were just what our group was looking for. Also the communication with Lidia, the property manager, was friendly and extremely useful and reassuring to know that someone is coming to greet you on arrival and great to have a contact if anything was wrong, which it wasnt!

Great Family Property well located

Excellent stay with young kids and extended family. The property was big enough for everyone to have space and enjoy themselves. We loved the bbq and pool :) The host was very responsive and I look forward to booking again in the future. Highly recommend.

Absolute Katastrophe

Beim Check in musste ich entsetzt feststellen das man erstmal diverse Stufen gehen muss bis man letztendlich an der Haustür angelangt ist! Dies wird in keiner Weise bei der Objektbeschreibung erwähnt! Mein Mann ist etwas älter - schafft die Treppen - allerdings nur mit Mühe! Wir konnten also nicht in dieses Haus einziehen. Als ich mit dem Host Kontakt aufgenommen habe hat sie mir versichert ich würde mein volles Geld zurück erhalten ! Natürlich musste ich mehrmals nachfragen und es kamen sehr unfreundliche Texte zurück - am Ende haben wir nur die Hälfte unseres Geldes wiederbekommen! Es ist eine wirklich ziemliche Unverschämtheit wie ich von dem Host und FE-Wo behandelt wurde! Wir haben diesen Vorfall an unseren Anwalt weitergegebene - definitiv NIE wieder Fewo-direkt!!!

Sehr nette Vermieter, war immer erreichbar und kam auch gleich wenn was war. Man kann sich hier sehr gut erholen es gibt Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe und eine schöne Bucht die nur 300m weg ist. Vielen Dank noch mal dass wir ihre Gäste sein durften.

Spacious, stunning Villa

We had an amazing time at the Villa. Was so spacious that we could loose each other if needed! ( Mum and 4 16-19 teenagers!). Very well equipped for families and children. Location close to shops and restaurants and a 10/15 min walk to Santa ponsa beach. The pool was a real treat and previous reviews said it was cold but whilst sunbathing in 38 degrees, it was quite nice to cool off and as we all know ‘it’s alright once you're in’😂 The room configuration is a very large master bedroom, wardrobe and huge en-suite. Big family bathroom but small enclosed shower (all over 5’9 so struggled with that). Double bedroom with co-joining single. Family room with double futon and bunk beds. I needed 4 rooms but actually 2 shared the futon/bunk bed room as single was small. We didn’t have a car - taxi’s were plentiful and not expensive - 11€ to clubland and 3€ locally. Would very much recommend this villa and will hopefully return again soon

Wow😀 what a Villa. Stayed at this villa for 7 nights from 28/8/19 to 4//9/19 , 8 of us in the family 4 adults 4 children. The booking procedure was excellent, communication via email with Lidia was excellent she was really helpful, on arrival met with Monika who showed us all around the villa, The villa is fantastic excellent location to all shops and bars and restaurants only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Santa ponsa beach. The villa itself is first class very modern ,huge t.v with surround sound , cable tv, DVD player , the kitchen facilities are ultra modern , kitchen island with induction cooking , All of the bedrooms are excellently furnished. The pool is a fantastic covered pool, and huge outside space. The hosts of this villa have thought of everything in this villa everything you would need and more. May I take this opportunity to thank you for a wonderful stay Thank you Mr O'BRIEN and Mr Edwards wife's and family.

Villa Review

Overall we had a good experience and we would recommend this villa. We would however suggest a couple of improvements: 1. Fresh towels would have been good. 2. The pool person didn’t come, which was particularly frustrating after a storm and we couldn’t use the pool for a week. 3. The entertainment (TV monitor) would have been better if we could have linked wirelessly to our devices to overcome the lack of English programming.

Great Property in a Good Location

My wife and I stayed with two children (13 and 9) and two parents-in-law for a week at then end of July/early August 2017. The property is modern and comfortable. Only one bedroom is en suite and the bunk bedroom and twin room are accessed by a single door so privacy there is limited. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that need to be attended to but overall the property is very nice and well configured. The lounge, kitchen and dining area are fine and the sun terrace is fantastic. A number of people have complained that the pool is cold - we did not find this to be the case. It needed to cool us down. We also enjoyed many hours of table tennis. There is a very small but adequate supermarket across the road and the beach and centre of Santa Ponsa is a 15/20 minute walk down the hill. The Bouganvilla Hotel is very close and the property is overlooked in that sense but there is no sense of a loss of privacy. The hotel can get noisy (they had a dreadful singer on one night who was broadcast very loudly) which can mean that sitting out on the sun terrace in the late evening isn't quite the holiday chill time that it might be! There is also a side patio with a barbecue which we enjoyed the use of one evening. This is a great property for two couples and a maximum of 4 kids. Lidia is very helpful and responsive and easy to deal with and we met Monica's boyfriend when we checked in and he was helpful and friendly. A really good experience on that side. Finally, there is a cat, called 'Zomiek'. Children may enjoy feeding and stroking him. Adults may not enjoy the slight "cat odour" that inevitably comes with that ! We would stay again and recommend it. We plan to book again for next year if we can.

We spent 1 week in this villa. It is lovely. You can cook your own meels or you can visit all the restaurants nearby. It is close to go to the 2 beaches but we prefered the little Santa Ponca Beach. We can highly recommend this villa. Regards Lena with family

Stunning villa

We have just arrived home after spending a week in this fabulous villa. It had everything we could possibly need and although there were 8 adults, it was spacious enough that you could easily spend time on your own, lounging on one of the patios, sitting in a garden area or lying by the pool. It's in a great location and although we could hear the entertainment from the hotel opposite it certainly didn't put me off, I'd book again in a heartbeat! Lidia was lovely to deal with and easy to get hold of if we had any problems. I'd say that ideally 6 adults is the max with space for 3 or 4 children, the bunk beds were a bit of a challenge for two 21 year old boys lol. I'm already looking at prices to rebook next year and would certainly recommend it.
