Villa Juan Carlos is my personal project of a dream home and my sincere aim is that you, your family and friends have an unforgettable and safe holiday in my villa.

My villa has many extras, and some are: Chill out lounge with large heated jacuzzi, 80 sqm living room, 40 sqm dining room, High-tech Games and Meeting Lounge, professional BBQ, alfresco dining, several large terraces, chill out porch, 5 suites with air con and TVs, study and library with sofa bed, heated pool, table tennis, shopping service, luxury beach towels, full time villa manager. General Villa Description.

Villa Juan Carlos is a unique spectacular villa located right on the sea front with amazing uninterrupted views of the tantalizing Mediterranean sea and clear skies. It is ideal for replenishing energy and unabashedly enjoying life. Take a stroll down to the azure sea water and bask in the sensation of being in the sea next to the villa. If you would rather soak up the sun on a warm, soft sandy beach the nearest beach, which has been awarded an international Blue Flag for its quality, safety and water quality, is a leisurely less than10 minute stroll away. This beach has emergency services and first aid facilities and a lifesaver from the 1st of May to the 31st of October. There is also a drop everything Beach Bar and a children’s playground. From the mooring next to the beach, you can catch a special ferryboat that takes you sightseeing and even into Palma! Also, Cala Cap Falcó beach, which is 10 minutes away by car, has won top prize in this year’s Beach-Inspector.com Beach Awards under the Special Ambiance section.

My villa is lovingly maintained and is extremely spacious with over 700 square meters located on a plot of 2,200 square meters. The immense and yet comfortable living room has 80 m2 with expansive sea views and tall ceilings. The dining area is a large 40 m2. Both areas with their marvelous sea views are perfect for relaxing or impressive socializing. The villa boasts many terraces that are all hugged by the warm Mediterranean Sea. To ensure connectivity two independent high-speed Wi-Fis are at your disposal.

The villa has a spacious independent high tech Multipurpose Room ideal for: Teleworking, Meetings and Games. In it is a large oak meeting table for 10 persons and an independent high-speed Wi-Fi plus a state of the art 65-inch cable TV, Play Station, Boers and Wilkins speaker and presentation board for meetings. The symmetric fiber offers an identical upload and download speed that will allow you to make efficient videoconferences.

“Sanctuary” leads onto an inspiring mega view terrace that enhances positive energy.

Other Extras: Salt Sterilised Pool, Pool Heating, Professional Weber Gas BBQ, Luxury Egyptian Cotton Bed Linen and Table Tennis Table, Private Chef and Massage Therapist.

The pool is not chlorinated, which can be harmful to eyes, hair, nails, lungs, and even your skin, but salt sterilised which has none of these drawbacks and produces softer-feeling water. The pool can also be heated at an extra cost.

In order to guarantee restful nights all our bed linen is lush top quality Egyptian cotton.
The villa also has a large professional Weber gas BBQ and a table tennis table.

We have a professional chef who regularly comes to the villa to cook for our guests as well as a massage therapist.

Parking.

The villa has parking for four cars.

Kitchen and Dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has three fridges (one a large double door American fridge with an automatic ice making machine), two Nespresso coffee machines, a 90 cm professional oven and many extra and personal touches.

For dining you are spoilt for choice, either inside in the dining room with spectacular sea views and two solid oak tables or outside: on the BBQ terrace with solid teak table or on a separate table which can be moved to your preferred location or even in the chill out area under the porch. All practically on top of the sea.

A Perfect Holiday

There are many reasons why Mallorca is worth visiting, any time of the year is the perfect time to discover the island´s diversity, do some outdoor sports hiking or cycling in the Tramuntana Mountains or even tasting the finest wines visiting one of Mallorca’s best wineries.

Private Library and Study.

The separate library and study has antique furniture and desk and is perfect for peaceful reading or quietly concentrating on any business needs. If need be this can be used as an extra bedroom.

Suites and Bathrooms

The five suites all have full en-suite bathrooms with: bathtubs, showers, jacuzzi bathtubs or power showers. Single beds can be joined to form Super King Beds.

All the suites also have: spectacular sea views with direct access to the terrace, full independent air conditioning and fans, tv with sat TV, speakers, hairdryers

The main suite also has a private terrace onto the sea and in addition to the large bed a double futon sofa bed. All suites have: State of the art Televisions and satellite TV, Bluetooth speakers, hairdryers, independent air conditioning and most have ceiling fans. For your comfort all the mattresses are new this year and are fitted with luxury feather down toppers. All of the bedrooms have spectacular sea views and large external terraces. The main suite has a private terrace and an enormous walk-through dressing room as well as an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and access to a second bathroom with massage shower.

In total the villa has 6 bathrooms plus a guest bathroom and a separate WC and wash hand basin in the heated Jacuzzi chill out lounge.

If need be the separate library and study can be used as an extra bedroom.

Living Room.

The spacious 80 m2 Living Room has international satellite TV all to be viewed on a state of the art gigantic 75-inch TV Flat screen with a Denon Home Cinema System plus Bose speakers and Bluetooth for connecting your personal favourite music and a Play Station 3.

Children’s Safety.

For children a special childproof fence for the pool is available.

Cots and highchairs are available.

A Chill Out Lounge with Jacuzzi Too!

The beautiful relaxing Chill Out Lounge with its large, heated Jacuzzi and spectacular sea views is ideal for spending your days and evenings indulging in refreshing cocktails and sipping champagne! The Chill out lounge with Jacuzzi has a portable Bose sound system, which can also be used, in the external terraces.

A Dream Location

Villa Juan Carlos is located in a quiet area some 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca airport. Practically on the doorstep you will find all the general amenities that you may require including various restaurants, bars, a diving centre, a hairdressers, car and bicycle hire, three supermarkets, a ticket agency for local activities, tennis courts, basket ball courts, etc. There is a small food store a 2 mins walk and a Spar supermarket is located a 5 minute walk away, an Aldi supermarket is a 3-minute drive away and a Lidl is just a further two-minute drive away.

Mallorca´s cultural hotspot Palma, voted the Best City in the World by the Times, is a short 15-minute drive away or if you prefer you can travel by bus which stops outside the villa and takes some 40 minutes or take a taxi.

Activities!

A short 2-minute drive away you will find a Waterpark, a surprising activity park voted the second best in Spain!, a go-kart track and the highly entertaining Pirates Adventure Show for all the family

If you are into surfing you must try the new Flow Rider the only one in Europe
Nikki Beach Mallorca the “Ultimate Beach Club” with its world class DJ´s, live entertainment and gourmet cuisine is located a short drive or stroll away.

A ten-minute drive away is Marineland with its spectacular dolphin and sea lion shows
The world-renowned Puerto Portals and the new Philippe Stark designed Port Adriano are both less than a 15-minute drive away.

Cleaning and Covid Disinfection.

Firstly, let me reassure you that my villa is professionally cleaned and Covid disinfected by one of the largest and most professional companies in Mallorca. They have over 30 years’ experience and are specialised in vacational rental properties issuing a certificate after each clean. The cleaning is impeccable and profound with ozone, vapor machines and using only 100% ecological products.

Villa Rental

Please note that I have a dedicated villa manager who only looks after my villa and attends to your needs to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Included with the villa is the following:

• Jacuzzi Heating.
• Individual Amenities Pack with shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, hand cream, and ear buds.
• A complimentary purchase of your shopping list. Just tell me what you need, and it will be waiting at the villa for you when you arrive. You only pay the supermarket bill.
• Our professional Chef comes regularly to the villa, and we can liaise with you to provide a detailed and personalized service as per your requirements.
• We also have an exclusive massage therapist that comes regularly to the villa.
• Nespresso coffee capsules for the two machines in the villa plus a selection of fine teas.
• A Full set of sumptuous towels plus luxury beach towels and toiletries so you don´t have to bring or purchase.
• In order to guarantee restful nights all our bed linen is lush top quality Egyptian cotton.
