「Great location, well kept property with good food 」

「Very nice staff the owner spoke English, and had som great tours for us. Cheap, but delicious food, the beds are hard but nice. Working toilet and bath. Very nice view. Overall we are very happy with the stay」

「Wow I don’t know how to even put into words how amazing our stay was. The entire staff was beyond accommodating and attentive. They reached out weeks even before our trip to ensure we had proper transportation there as it is a massive commute. Once we got close they reached back out about ensuring we would have a dinner of our choosing ready for us. The room was exactly like the photos and incredibly clean. 「We really enjoyed our stay at PuLuong Luna! The staff was so kind and helpful. The resort manager Anh helped arrange a tour of the area and transportation back to Hanoi! The view from our room was simply stunning! Make sure to preorder dinner ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. We really loved the steamed fish in bamboo, had it two nights in a row! Highly recommend. 」

「Lovely family, great stay」

「We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. 」

「This resort is far from the claim of a 5-star resort with the Wyndham Grand branding throughout. Poor build quality, views of unfinished villas, showers with hard-to-control temperature, and hot showers lasting only 2 mins. The staff, though friendly and trying their best, isn't at an international standard. Food quality was mixed, with some excellent dishes, while others were subpar--recommend reducing menu options to focus on their top dishes. Heavy mosquito and spiders in villas. 」
