Amazing house

We are a family of 6. The House is absolutely charming. We love the kitchen and all the autenticity of the house. The pool is so nice and very clean The surroundings are beautiful. The view over the Valley beneath is breathtaking. We will love to comeback back anorhertime

Fantastic views!!! Private mountain location

The road up is narrow and a little challenging but so worth the breathtaking views !!! The pool overlooking the hills and the manicured landscaping were top notch! We were close enough to a small town to enjoy the local restaurants good food, groceries and other towns to do day trips as well. The Villa had everything to make our Stay very comfortable. The little cottage allowed us two couples separate sleeping and bathroom privacy.

Great place with a great view

We stayed a week in June and had wonderful time. The road to the house is very narrow and you need to be a good driver, but it got easier and easier every time we drove up to the house. Air condition in the house was exellent, and pool of course was the best with great view! Riccardo was very helpful and gave us good tips about restaurants, supermarkets etc. The house has very good location in Tuscany, and we did many good day trips to Lucca, Firenze, Cinque terre and of course to the beach. it might be a good idea to make a folder of all the services and most popular destinations in the area.

Very nice house and the pool was great to have. My wife and I and our 2 teenage boys had a great time. The location is awesome. The location was perfect. The views are the BEST. Just Amazing!! The town center had restaurants and cafes and shops. Of course Gelato. All locals. Close to Luca went the summer Concert Series. Scorpions. The road up is definitely a little bit of a challenge but as long you go slow after a few times you get used to it.

Super Haus mit minimalen Makel

Das Haus lag sehr sehr schön in den Bergen. Der Ausblick war super, leider hat man das Meer nicht ganz so gut gesehen (Bäume im Weg). Das Haus war umzäunt und ist perfekt für Hunde. Der Weg dorthin war sehr abenteuerlich und eng mit dem Auto. Klimaanlage war vorhanden, Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Einzug waren die vielen Ameisen die teils auch von der Decke gefallen sind. Das Bett im EG gehört erneuert und das Bad im Haupthaus auch. Sehr geringer Wasserdruck und die Toilettenspülung lief aller 5 min. Mit der Agentur hat alles super geklappt. Es gab auch hilfreiche Tipps. Der Pool war sehr schön. Alles in allem war es ein ruhiger Urlaub zum ausspannen mit minimalen Makeln über die man aber hinweg sehen kann aufgrund der Lage.

Villa gesehen durch unsere Erfahrung

Ich habe kürzlich meinen Urlaub in dieser Villa in Italien verbracht. Die Villa befand sich in den Bergen, was eine wirklich wunderschöne Landschaft bot. Leider war die Villa nicht sauber. Überall waren Spinnweben, tote Insekten an den Wänden und viele Ameisen im Haus. Draußen gab es ebenfalls viele große Ameisen, die stachen. Der Check-in war verspätet. Statt um 16 Uhr wie vereinbart, kam der Vermieter erst gegen 17 Uhr, mit der Begründung, er hätte noch andere Dinge zu erledigen. Uns wurden zusätzlich Gebühren für Handtücher und die Reinigung berechnet. Trotzdem ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, und die Handtücher waren klein und zu wenige, um sie vernünftig im Badezimmer zu nutzen. Zudem funktionierte ein Sanitärbereich nicht richtig. Das größte Plus war die Aussicht, die wirklich atemberaubend war.

Wundervolle Ferien!

Wir haben zwei rundum schöne Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wunderschön gelegen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber dennoch gut zu meistern, wir hatten mit unseren vw Bulli keine Probleme und wurden mit einer fantastischen Aussicht belohnt. Für Hundebesitzer gut zu wissen: das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, war also auch mit Hund sehr entspannt. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

Erholung mit großartigem Panorama

Nachdem wir die Anfahrt "bewältigt" hatten, war die Freude über ein gemütliches Anwesen mit verschiedenen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten sehr groß. Die Aussicht beruhigend, fast meditativ. Das Haupthaus war Dreh- und Angelpunkt des Familienlebens. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat sogar einen Pizza-Ofen, den wir einmal angefeuert hatten und uns selbst als Pizzabäcker versucht hatten. Die Beschattung und Mückenschutz ist sehr hilfreich und von guter Qualität. Zwei Schlafräume und die Ess-Küche sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, wobei die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer im oberen Geschoss ein Eigenleben zu führen scheint. Die Bedienung speziell dieser Anlage sollte man sich ausführlich erklären lassen. Das Haus und sein Nebenhäuschen bieten bequeme Schlafmöglichkeiten für 6 erwachsene Personen, in der Wohnküche steht ein Sofa, das wohl auch noch zu zwei Schlafplätzen umgewandelt werden kann. Es gibt zwei Außengrillplätze und am Pool eine Außendusche. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt (morgens um 6 Uhr ging die Rasensprenganlage an) Riccardo hatte uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und stand für Fragen und Beanstandungen jederzeit zur Verfügung (Reparatur der Wasserspülung wurde sofort durchgeführt), bei der nicht funktionierenden Wlan-Verbindung lag es an uns, dass es da nicht zur Behebung kam... Für die Anfahrt zum Haus sind kleinere Fahrzeuge von Vorteil, wir haben es aber mit einem Merzedes Vito auch geschafft und wurden mit jeder Fahrt Serpentienen-versierter!

Perfekter Ort zum Erholen

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt jedem weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sehr positiv ist uns auch der moderne Insektenschutz an jedem Fenster und jeder Tür aufgefallen. Das Pool wertet das Haus enorm auf. Zufahrt ist ziemlich eng und das Haus etwas abgelegen. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto und darf kein ängstlicher Autofahrer sein. In Camaiore, ca. 4 km entfernt, gibt es aber alles Notwendige: Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Restaurants, Apotheke, ärztliche Versorgung, und vieles mehr. Einzig: der angekündigte Meerblick ist nur theoretisch, den muss man durch Büsche schon angestrengt suchen. Fazit: wer Ruhe und Erholung in den toskanischen Hügeln sucht, ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank.

'Vergane glorie op grote hoogte'

Deze vakantiewoning in Toscane ligt zo ver van de bewoonde wereld dat alle gewone dingen die je doet als je op vakantie bent( terrasje pikken, vers brood halen, 's avonds uit eten) een stuk lastiger worden. De coördinaten van deze woning zijn niet te vinden op google: ruim 2,5 kilometer de berg op met allerlei haarspeldbochten, is zelfs voor een ervaren rijder een opgave. Eenmaal boven vind je een nogal gedateerd huis, dat niet toegerust is op zes personen. Zo waren er maar twee wijnglazen, een broodplank die bij gebruik in 2 stukken uiteen viel, vier strandstoelen (waarvan er ook een direct kapot ging, overigens wel direct vervangen door de verhuurder) en drie zeer gammele parasols, waarvan er 1 het direct begaf bij de eerste de beste windje. (Ook wel weer direct vervangen door de verhuurder). Ook had het huis geen oven (!) en was de BBQ zo vies dat je eerst uitgebreid aan de schoonmaak moest. Dat hebben we echter niet gedaan, want er bleek een wespennest in te zitten.... Slechts een aantal voorbeelden waaruit blijkt dat de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding van dit huis absoluut niet in balans is. Eenmaal boven na een rit van 20 minuten heb je een fantastisch uitzicht over de bergen van Camaiore., maar enige luxe die je wel verwacht voor een stevig bedrag per week, is ver te zoeken. De omschrijving: 'Vergane glorie op grote hoogte', dekt de lading daarom helemaal.

Amazing!

This is such a beautiful location! A traditional Italian house with a great pool. The views are stunning! A major plus for us was the wood fired pizza oven in the kitchen. Everything was really smooth with booth check in and check out. Ps: You will need a car if you book this house. The roads up to the house are steep and narrow, but so worth it once you reach the house.
