Cosy country house "Paradiso", surrounded by trees. 2 apartments in the property. Above Casoli (2.5 km) 8.5 km from the centre of Camaiore, 19 km from the centre of Viareggio, 44 km from the centre of Pisa, on a slope, 17 km from the sea, 17 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: terraced garden, 2 ha (not fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, orchard. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 27.Mar.. 700 m long steep, narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 800 m, bar 2.5 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Viareggio" 19 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 17 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 21 km, Forte dei Marmi 25 km, Lucca 42 km, Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre) 88 km, Firenze 131 km, Carrara cave Fantiscritti 64 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Torre del Lago 29 km, Lago di Massaciuccoli 32 km. Hiking paths: Grotta dell´Onda 500 m, Antro del Corchia Levigliani 36 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room semi-detached house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sleeping facility, dining table and satellite TV. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (130 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Gas heating (extra). Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (3), box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the forest and Riviera della Versilia. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Einfach zum „runterkommen“

In wunderschöner Umgebung gelegen ist diese Casa schlicht, einfach und angenehm. Das große naturgrundstück gefiel nicht nur uns, sondern auch unserem Hund, der wie wir willkommen war. Es war bereits unserer zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Bestimmt auch nicht der letzte.
