À wonderful stay

Fabrizio's house is magnificent. Typical and surrounded by olive trees, it is also beautifully decorated down to the last detail and perfectly equipped. Our host was extremely kind and attentive to our needs whenever we asked, and at the same time very discreet. We arrived relatively late, but he had done some shopping for us so we could have dinner and had even set the table! Fabrizio also gave us invaluable advice on places to visit in Tuscany apart from the main sites that we naturally think of, which are all within easy reach of the villa. Add to all this the indisputable charm of Tuscany and you have all the ingredients for an unforgettable stay! Grazie mille Fabrizio !

Historisches Haus in schöner Olivenbaumplantage

Fabrizio war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der auf alle Probleme eine schnelle Lösung hatte. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg und ist über einen sehr schmalen Feldweg ( 800 m) zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr voll gestellt und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön in der Natur gelegen.

Altes Haus auf den Hügeln.

Das Haus an sich ist schön. Allerdings sehr alt und nichts für Hausstauballergiker. Auch an machen stellen schimmelts leider. Gastgeber war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Hat sogar extra Bettwäsche und Küchentuch vorbeigebracht.

Herrliche Lage in mitten eines Olivenhaines

Nichts für Sportwagenfahrer, die Zufahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Fabrizzio der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns im Voraus Spagetti, Bier und Sekt im Kühlschrank und Früchte usw. nett angerichtet. Je nach Windrichtung dringt der Lärm (Martinshorn, Autostrada und Bahn) bis ins Ferienhaus. Wer abseits des Trubels Ferien machen möchte ist hier richtig. Der Weg zum Strand ca. 15min mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen zwischen 6-10min.

Wir wohnten zu viert für 3 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Hauptsächlich hielten wir uns auf der wunderschönen Terrasse auf , der Pool , die Küche - eigentlich alles war sehr angenehm. Es ist nicht weit zum Meer, dass war auch wichtig für uns. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hat ein Problem schnell beseitigt.

Urlaub im Olivenberg

Fabrizio ist ein phantastischer Gastgeber, der bei Fragen und Problemchen schnell über WhatsApp zu erreichen ist und sofort und immer hilft. Er verdient mehr als 5 Sterne ! Sein Haus liegt herrlich auf einem mit Olivenbäumen übersäten Berg und bietet einen entfernten Meerblick über die gesamte Küstenregion. Auf dem unbefestigten, kurvigen Schotterweg zum Haus muss man regelmäßig darauf hoffen, keinen Gegenverkehr zu haben… Man muss wissen, dass das Haus eine lange Geschichte hat, die bis in die Römerzeit zurück reicht. Dann hat man auch Verständnis für gewisse Einschränkungen. Schade, dass der Pool nur ca 1m tief ist. Danke, Fabrizio für deine tolle Gastfreundschaft!

wunderschöner Weihnachts-Silvester Urlaub

Es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Fabricio - danke für den netten Empfang und die Köstlichkeiten. Wir hatten kurz Probleme mit dem WLAN. Auch hier wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Das Haus liegt perfekt. Sehr zentral um alle schönen Städte in der Gegend und den Strand zu besuchen. Sehr ruhig ohne großen Verkehrslärm um die Aussicht und das Feuerwerk an Silvester zu genießen. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben und sehr wohlgefühlt. DANKE

Great villa above the sea with great view and pool

We've had a great time at Fabrizios villa above the sea in a nice olive grove. We enjoyed going to the beach, but also staying at our own private pool in the middle of nature. There are lots of small cities within 30 minutes to stroll around especially in the evening. A must see for sure is the famous leaning tower of Pisa. The villa is very nicely decorated and especially the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to have breakfast, cook your own meal or use the grill on the patio. I guess we cooked more at the villa than going to a restaurant, cause of the great view above small cities till the sea... Fabrizio is very hospitable and will support you whenever you need something. Thank you Fabrizio!

Beautiful get away

We spent 4 great days at Fabrizio’s place. As a family of 5 there was so much space indoors and outdoors to relax in, and the pool was super for cooling down and having fun with the children. We also loved the wildlife- birds of prey including owls can be spotted and we saw some new butterflies we hadn’t come across before. The character of the property is very special and you can tell a lot of love and attention has gone into the place. We loved being away from it all and yet just minutes away from villages and towns - we visited Pietrasanta which hosts art exhibitions across its medieval centre. It was a lovely place to meander for a half day. Wish we could have stayed longer but the next leg of our journey beckoned! I would love to go back. Thank you Fabrizio for taking such good care of us!

Typisch tolle Toskana

Wir waren zu fünft als Familie in dem Ferienhaus (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder - 14, 12 und 10 Jahre). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir wurden von Fabrizio und einem Haufen Köstlichkeiten in der Küche herzlich empfangen. Er ist wirklich sehr gastfreundlich. Danke, Fabrizio! Das Haus ist groß, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Viele Fenster verfügen über Fliegennetze. Auch Fensterläden sind vorhanden. Besonders genutzt haben wir bei den heißen Temperaturen die großzügige Terrasse und den schönen Pool. Er ist zwar recht flach, aber zum Schwimmen, Plantschen, Erfrischen und Wasserballspielen bestens geeignet. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist relativ lang und mit dem Auto gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber den Dreh haben wir herausbekommen. Dadurch ist man dort oben am Berg ziemlich für sich und ungestört. Zu Fuß ist es bis in die kleine Stadt unten eher weit - lag vielleicht aber auch an der Hitze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für das Nötigste und Restaurants sind dort direkt vorhanden. Die nächsten größeren Städte - z.B. Lucca oder Pisa - und auch der Strand sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus empfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit Blick über die gesamte Versilia

Das Haus liegt an einem Hügel, eingebettet in einen Olivenhain mit traumhaftem Blick über die gesamte Küste. Der Gastgeber Fabrizio war immer erreichbar und hat ein Problem mit dem Pool in kürzester Zeit gelöst. Die Anfahrt erfolgt über eine Sandstrasse, was mit einem normalen Auto oder SUV jedoch kein Problem ist. Wir haben die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge jeden Abend genossen. Alles war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub mit Entspannungsgarantie

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Fabrizio und Teresa begrüßt worden und mit italienischen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt worden. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist (wie schon von anderen beschrieben) etwas abenteuerlich, aber beim zweiten Mal hat man sich schon daran gewöhnt. Dafür wird man mit einer grandiosen Aussicht auf Viareggio und das Umland belohnt und kann sich, da das Haus (fast) alleine liegt wunderbar entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Fabrizio war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und so konnten Fragen direkt geklärt werden. Zu Ostern wurden wir sogar mit einem Präsent überrascht… Sehr nett!!!

Ein Traum von Ferienhaus!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Die Besitzer haben es mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und an nichts gespart. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause. Wir wurden begrüßt mit einem italienischen Präsentkorb und frischem Aufschnitt im Kühlschrank. So aufmerksam! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man oft vermisst - Küchenrolle, Kerzen, Waschmittel und und und. Rundum zufrieden und begeistert. Danke!

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Straße dorthin ist schmal und unbefestigt, aber die Lage und das Haus sind wunderbar. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt nötig ist, Strand und Ausflugsziele wie Candalla oder Lucca und Pisa sind gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und hat bei Fragen sofort geholfen. Wir kommen wieder!
