Tudo perfeito! Amamos a pousada e já saímos pensando em voltar. O atendimento é excelente. O café da manhã é ótimo podendo ser servido na acomodação. O quarto também é excelente. Não tivemos nenhum ponto negativo!

Satisfatório

O travesseiro é péssimo. A noite mesmo com tudo desligado a luz principal do chalé violeta gera luminosidade atrapalhando quem gosta de dormir no escuro. O café da manhã servido no chalé vem com duas fatias de bolo somente. O caminho pra chegar na pousada passa por um pequeno trecho de estrada de terra ruim. No demais é ok.

Muito bom lugar, e bonito demais

A hospedagem foi excelente, as acomodações muito boas, super limpinhas e a equipe foi muito agradável. A vista do quarto era fantástica e a pousada é realmente muito bonita. A localização é boa, por estar perto do centrinho de Monte Verde, mas conta com alguns morros e um trecho de terra que, apensar de não ser super complicado, adiciona um pouco de dificuldade.

Pessoal tenta ser atencioso mas não resolvem problemas. Primeiro dia a água não esquentava e no segundo a hidro não funcionava. Pelo preço praticado deveria haver uma preocupação da pousada de verificar todos os itens antes da hospedagem.

Achei boa, uma coisa que me incomodou foi do estacionamento até recepção ir com as malas como dica deveria ter carrinho algo do tipo , tbm tinha uma folha pra marcar sobre o que queria de café da manhã , achei muito básico e repetitivo os dois dias as mesmas coisas , em uma linha pede se pra escrever sobre o que gostaria, bom não adianta muita coisa pois coloquei que queria mini coxinha e nem teve e nem satisfação , achei que o café muito básico sem nada surpreendente e com uma observação café super frio nos dois dias e uma garrafa minúscula aonde tínhamos que pedir mais . A pousada é ótima e acho que poderiam melhorar o café incluindo bolos saborosos e biscoitos enfim . A única coisa melhorzinha era pão de queijo que tbm vem pouco tivemos que pedir mais
