“Nice experience in angkor heart bungalow. All the staff and manager are helpful and nice. Food and drinks in hotels are the best i had tried in here.Surely, if i come siem reap next time, i will go heart bungalow again.”

“The room is very big, with two big double beds and a balcony. The fan is a bit noisy if you have it on during sleep. On the first day we checked in, I found a blood stain on the toilet, that was a bit yucky. But the hotel service is really good. The staff there packed us breakfast for our sunrise tour and the breakfast tasted good and was more than enough. In general, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“2月26日晚入住，预订一个豪华标间3个普通标间。可是到了酒店却告诉我们只有一间3人房，2间普通房。房间狭小，床也很小，2个成人睡很挤，同照片显示差距太大了；还多收了10美金的房费，说是房间差价；房间的卫生条件也不敢恭维。严重影响了我们出游的好心情，只能给个差评”

“步行去夜市只须10分鐘, 、 酒店的設施好, 泳池清潔。有多款早餐選擇, 酒店員工有禮貌, 特別是晚間的男職值得赞償。”
