“Everything worked, the staff, the amenities, restaurant, bar, check in and out, car park. All very efficiently run and reasonably priced. Tidy and good looking place, perfectly situated to explore Cambridge, right opposite the Botanical gardens and with the Railway station less than a 10 minute walk. Nice breakfast and although we did not indulge, they had a perfectly reasonable evening menu. Would stay again for sure.”

“The hotel is brand new and well located. But I found the service lacking a bit. There was no-one at reception when I arrived to check in. The receptionist showed up 5-10 minutes later. Throughout my stay the receptionist was on the phone constantly and barely said hello. There was a fire alarm the next morning at 7am in my room. I barely got an apology for what was actually a "test". Then I complained about the tub which is extremely slippery and dangerous to get in and out. Was told there were……
