Overall, it's a decent hotel. There is nothing special about it, but it's good. The lobby is very nice, with restaurant and drinks available. The food and drinks were good. The staff was very nice and welcoming. My only real complaint is that water got hot, but it did not get really hot, and the water pressure was terrible. With all that said, I would stay there again

The room was looking a bit tired . Some dirt marks a the walls and some scratches and chips on the furniture. The bed was very firm and we found it uncomfortable. The bathroom was poorly cleaned. Black mould around the bath handles and on some of the grout and on areas of the ceiling. Orange mould around the bottom of the door. I am astounded how it has stayed in this condition, the dirt and mould would have built up over time.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good dinner and breakfast. The room was great, very clean with large comfortable bed. Maybe just my room but the aircon wasn't working properly - the temperature was just about bearable, but on the hottest day of the year was hoping it would be a lot cooler!

Dear Expedia Customer Service Team, I am writing to complain about my recent one-night stay at Holiday Inn Cambridge, which was disappointing due to several issues. We checked in at approximately 2:30 pm, but after settling into our room, we were told late at night that we needed to change rooms. Additionally, there was no hot water, and early the following morning, lawn mowing outside disturbed us while we were still asleep. These issues meant we were unable to rest properly or enjoy our stay. We raised our concerns with the hotel reception, who advised us to contact Expedia so that you could liaise with the hotel regarding compensation. Given the inconvenience and disruption we experienced, I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter with the hotel and arrange appropriate compensation. Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Mariam

This was a lovely property. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was fantastic even on a very hot day outside. The room showed its age a little bit but it didn’t detract from the cleanliness of the space. Could use a few more plugs in more convenient places but overall I would recommend.
