Modern, pristine, peaceful, centrally-located 2 bed home with courtyard garden & off street parking. This spacious house has everything you need for a relaxing break, deal for remote working

Fantastic location, only 12 min walk from the train station & an easy 25 min stroll into central Cambridge along the famous Mill Rd. A bus at the end of the road takes you right in to the centre. This area boasts a unique vibe offering a large selection of coffee shops, independent restaurants & great pubs

Welcome to our modern very comfortable house, it is in immaculate condition with a large kitchen, and spacious lounge leading out to a bright airy conservatory
- Super fast WIFI, perfect for remote working
- 2 large double bedrooms 1 with an ensuite shower room, one with a desk
- 2 bathrooms, one on-suite and 1 with a bath & shower plus a downstairs cloakroom
-Free off-street parking, plenty more free parking on the street
-Just off Mill Rd
-Private, peaceful courtyard garden

The whole house is yours - no area is shared, you have your own private front door.

It was the perfect place for the two of us, easy walking to Mill Rd, into Cambridge and surrounds. The kitchen was very well appointed and the welcome basket a treat! Having 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets was a big plus.
