「Beautiful property steps from the beach. Owners are making the yard even more dog friendly by adding sod and fencing. The porches are huge and allowed us to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. There are sliding glass doors that open onto the porches that give a great view of the dunes. The ocean waves can be heard when the doors are open. Everything you can imagine needing at the beach is provided. They have baby gates to contain the fur babies on the large porches. 「The place was immaculate. They thought of every need- like having multiple USB ports, lots of hooks in the bathroom, bedrooms etc.. Having a washer and dryer was a huge blessing especially since we didn’t beach excursions to Amelia Island and then did a hike on Cumberland island.The kids loved the apartment! Having their own bed was nice to get some adult time as well. 」

「We have stayed there before , the out side has really aged and shut dry and grass needs lots of attention. Entering the unit looked very good, we loved the decor, cabinets, floor and wall color. The bedrooms and baths were perfect. The worse thing was the sofa that needs replacing. The kitchen setup needs updating and replaced, new stainless, cups and glasses because they do not match. When you spend this amount of money one expects a little more. Overall we enjoyed the stay.」
