"This hotel is so lovely. It was quiet. Set back from the road, itā€™s hard to see at first how gorgeous the hotel entrance is. The gardens are beautifully tended and youā€™ll not hear much more than bird song and the occasional yip from a fox. This is rural Italy at its best. We were charmed by the friendly staff - Stefano was exceptionally helpful. The dining experience was true to Le Marche. Our room was beyond comfortable, with thoughtful items like bedroom slippers and all sorts of toiletries....

"Apart from them forgetting to pick us up on the FREE hotel bus shuttle back and forth from the hotel and Porta Nuova, (but they did come quickly when I called them) and the safe in the room did not work as it required a new battery......I have nothing but pretty much EXCELLENCE to say on this hotel. When I walked into my room, I thought I must be it's first guest as it was so pristine and beautifully prepared with everything seeming so new. Thank you, and I commend the hotel for this. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate, and with a good choice. The staff I encountered were extremely polite and helpful. Car parking was free and protected. Some of the outside areas required attention, hence only my 'good' comment, it appeared a little chaotic and unkept in places, but this is a small point.....it must be difficult to maintain such a building with various stairways, corridors and levels appearing to lead all over the place? Children must find it quite an adventure! Thank you for a first class stay. RG."
