"Location is perfect, neat, clean and connected to world class shopping mall, with great international dining options. Walkable to explore the area, hotel guests have free access to parking area. And customer service was beyond expectations. Hotel staff were courteous and polite will always greet us with warmth. Will certainly come back"
"Room was clean and spacious. Wi-fi was fast. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is very convenient. When we usually visit Metro Manila, we always stay in Ortigas area but haven't considered this hotel before. From now on, this hotel will be in my list. It's across Podium and a short distance to Megamall. They also offer free baggage storage if you have back to back bookings with them which I didn't know was available as I booked other hotels with this trip."

"It was very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and included all needed basics (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds), shampoo, soap. Towels are clean, white, and smell fresh.
Ortigas is a very busy city, so it's not quiet, you can hear sounds of cars and horns, but tolerable.
The breakfast had a good selection of food.
Staff are very friendly and polite. Philippine hospitality is number 1!!!!!"
