"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced and a complete waste of money. The hotel was under heavy renovation, yet they continued renting rooms as if everything was normal. There was dust everywhere, plastic sheets covering areas, and a strong paint smell throughout the property. The room itself was unacceptable — dust covered the floors and furniture, making it feel unclean and poorly maintained. The elevator was extremely old, and the corridors did not even have proper flooring finished. The entire place felt more like a construction site than a hotel. Guests should be informed properly before booking, because the current condition is far from suitable for a comfortable stay. Charging full price for such an experience is unacceptable. I will definitely never return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The room furniture could use a bit of updating. A better table and more comfortable chairs and sofa would make the Junior Suite that much better. Otherwise, the cleanliness was excellent, and the bedroom and washroom were well maintained and more modern. There is also plenty of storage for an extended stay."
