In the house: internet access. Motor access (1.5 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach 25 km. Golf course 45 km, tennis 12 km, riding stable 6 km. Nearby attractions: Roselle 15 km, Parco dell'Uccellina 25 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 35 km.
