“READ CAREFULLY! This unit has only a kitchenette. There was no stove or oven. We have been renting at Deerfield Resort for over 20 years and have never encountered a unit without a stove and oven! It never occurred to me that was something I should be reading for when renting a unit. I will from now on. Also, there is no thermostat! If we wanted the temperature regulated, we had to contact the owner. Crazy! That was not listed in the unit description at all. The unit was very cluttered with the……

“Very clean and nice apartment. Just as advertised. Had everything we needed and we were very pleased. Great place! You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be going back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the property, but I highly recommend that the owner renovates some portions of the property. In particular some of the inside stairs seem to be close to failure and could lead to serious injuries. Similarly, the entire dock seems to be in disrepair and is littered with dangerous elements, especially for anyone who may have just climbed out of the water and may be a little wet. Please make some upgrades to keep the property a safe place to visit”
