“No towels in room when we arrived no pillow cases on pillows the pillows were stained. No hot water in the morning no cream and sugar for the coffee. Dust everywhere in the room. Pool non operational. Place was dirty gutters falling off building trash outside rooms blowing everywhere. Really sad to see how downhill it went from when we stayed in this location 17 years ago. It was nice back then not anymore.”

“Exactly what we were looking for, Jillian was excellent at communicating and responding to questions and helpful with ideas. The house was accommodating for our group of 4 men on a fishing trip to Lake Norris it was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Wit all lake properties in the area stairs are always an obstacle but the path from the parking area to the porch was a blessing as I’m a disabled Vet but was able to manage without any problems. The stairs to the lower level are a bit……

We were not only given information about the condo but also with things to do and places to go at Norris Lake. The location of the condo provided easy access to the heated, clean pool and boat slip and a beautiful view from the condo porch which we really enjoyed.the condo was stalked with everything we needed and more. We plan to return and we highly recommend this rental. ”

“We were a family group of 12. Beautiful location, clean, plenty of space, plenty of dishes, pans, etc in good condtion, great pantry space. Loved the water "toys"! The dock was pretty much all shaded this time of year but the water was atill warm so we made good use of the water float pad, kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets (all sizes and in good condition). We have 2 little ones so it was great not having to haul a pack n play and high chair. Loved the long dining table. Host was easy to……
