「What a marvelous place to hangout and enjoy all that Puglia has to offer. The hosts and the manager were gracious, helpful and welcoming. All 9 of us raved about the accommodations and the privacy. Sunset cocktails on the roof became a not to miss event. Everything agreed that this is one of the rare sites where the online photos understate just how big and beautiful the villa and grounds are!」

「Staying at Nohasi Palace Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

「Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!」
