"I recently had a short stay at the DoubleTree, and I truly enjoyed my experience. Despite the brief visit, the comfortable rooms and welcoming atmosphere made a great impression. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive feel of the hotel. I appreciated the convenient amenities and the cozy environment, which made my stay both relaxing and pleasant. I look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future."

"We booked a superior room specifically for the air conditioning, but unfortunately the room never cooled properly. We had experienced a similar issue during a previous stay but decided to give the hotel another chance because the food was good and the gym was adequate. Unfortunately, the issue persisted. We reported it the next morning, and although someone came to assist, it was not resolved. That evening, the temperature remained the same. We were eventually moved to another room late at night, which also had the same issue, and were then offered a different room at an additional charge. As a result, we were unable to sleep comfortably during our stay. We addressed this with staff multiple times, including at checkout, but no resolution was provided. Aside from the air conditioning issues and lack of resolution, the food was good and the gym was adequate, which we appreciated."
