The property management company also gave me an incorrect gate code, an incorrect building code and an incorrect door code. None of them worked, yet the person at the property management company just kept telling me to view their website portal and use the code. "We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights, and overall the stay was pretty good, the only blemish in the apartment is that it can be pretty cold during winter but with the heater on it’s alright. The biggest problem for us was parking, we would come home a bit late and we’d have trouble finding a spot to park in. All in all, the stay was pleasant and I’d recommend it for a small family since it’s located in a very good spot not too far from the airport or the city centre."

"Es un alojamiento que aunque pequeño es muy completo. Perfecto para pasar unos días en Madrid de turismo o de negocios. Parada de metro a 5 minutos y muy fácil aparcamiento gratuito libre en la calle. Lo recomiendo al 100%."

"Quiet. Clean. Secure. 24/7 concierge. Bed was a bit hard. Only had 1 long pillow for 2 people to share. Has washing machine but nowhere to hang out your clothes to dry so a bit pointless/inconvenient. The parking is also on street despite the building having a garage."
