Die Kaution musste auch überwiesen werden und nicht wie im Inserat beschrieben bar bezahlt werden. Die Abfallentsorgung ist sehr kompliziert für Ausländer, da keine ital. Personennummer vorhanden für die Sammelstelle im Dorf.Küche mangelhaft ausgestattet. Sauberkeit war gering, Haare im Bad. Abwasch; kein Schwamm oder Bürste.
