Check-in involves picking up a key a few miles away but it was no problem once I understood the process. The house was everything we hoped from the round door to an epic bathroom. Very comfortable and clean. It was great fun and I recommend for any Lord of the Rings fan!

Adorable Hobbit house built right in a green hillside! Details didn’t go unnoticed! We loved it! Check in/out was at an office about 15 min away. That was inconvenient when it was time to go home as we had to backtrack. There were also no paper towels, coffee or bathroom toiletries provided at all.

Such a fun property! They did a great job creating a cozy, hobbit home. It was a fun surprise for my LOTR-loving family. Our one worry was if my non-hobbit sized, 6’2” brother would fit inside but no issues at all, plenty of head room :) We picked up Miguel’s Pizza and spent the evening under the stars, around the fire pit. Slept like hibernating bears in the comfy, dark bedrooms and cooked a yummy breakfast before heading out. Thanks for such a unique stay!
