“This small cabin was perfect for my single person fishing trip. Great access to the water with a spot to dock my boat and leave my trailer. Nothing fancy, but very quiet and relaxing”

“We had an amazing stay at the property. It was stocked well with all of the essentials that make a rental house easy to enjoy. (Spices, oil, sugar, ziploc bags, extra toothbrushes, wireless speaker, etc.) We brought our 19’ bass boat and caught a few dozen smallmouth and largemouth bass around the pond. Swimming was easy and fun, with brownie points for the steps with handrail that led down into the water. We saw so many loon families and enjoyed their calls. Thank you for a great visit!”

“The picture you show was the owners 1st property and we could not access the property with my elderly family. When I called the owner, he offered me a second option of another property. That is the property I rated. It was very kind of the owner to accomodate us. It was a lit more driving than we intended but the accommodstions were much better for us.”

“We had a fabulous time. The cove on the lake was so quiet and beautiful. We love bird watching and saw so many wonderful species on and off the water. The cabin is charming and the host incredibly lovely! Would recommend to anyone!”

“The location of King’s Kastle on Salmon Lake is excellent. The lake is wide at that point and offers great views of the sunrise, particularly from the upstairs master bedroom suite. The lake has less development than others where we have stayed in Maine. We enjoyed seeing loons, eagles, and osprey which are abundant. We went in the latter part of August when the kids’ summer camps had closed, which reduced boat traffic. The cottage is roomy and has a long list of amenities. All appliances were……

“Property was as expected. No frills just a small cabin, clean and has everything one would need. Landscaping and some updates needed but not required. A little more “rustic” than I thought but overall it was a good stay.”

“Absolutely beautiful location and we loved our stay. Had some issues with the well water but owner was very responsive and it will be corrected. The home was cozy and warm and we will be back !!! Thank you Ben and Lisa”

“My friends and I rented marks house for about a month for part of our snowmobile season and its great spot. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers and trail is like 1/4 mile from the driveway. House was nice and clean plenty of room for everyone to sleep”
