“This perfect house on Sebasticook Lake was everything the pictures present. We stayed for almost a week and will definitely book another week next year. One disappointing part of our trip was that the town of Newport had already drained the lake for the season on September 11 and there was not enough water to launch the boat. If you are staying here to boat and fish please call the town before booking. The property manager was very helpful and shared some lakes nearby so not was all lost.”

“We used this rental for 3 families to stay together to attend a cousin’s reunion. The size of the rental was perfect for the size of our group. The kitchen is well stocked and included a coffee bar. The front porch is large and includes chairs and a table. There are a few farm animals to visit also.”

“My friends and I rented marks house for about a month for part of our snowmobile season and its great spot. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers and trail is like 1/4 mile from the driveway. House was nice and clean plenty of room for everyone to sleep”
