“Staff super nice and helpful, location is ideal in Miri, bed is comfortable. That said, the hotel shows his age and would need refurbishing urgently, especially the bathrooms. I was assigned a room that I did not like at first, but thankfully they were kind enough to give me a better looking one and it turned out to be quiet and comfortable. ”

“Good: Friendly staffs, Running reliable hot showers, nice interior design, bed comfort was good/average, great location next to mall & restaurants, bottled water & towels were provided, no curfews 24-7.
Bad: Almost all rooms have no windows (& this was not mentioned in room description), toilet bowl & shower walls needs proper scrubbing, smart TV remote was not functioning, no toiletaries (no soap, shampoo etc). Theres Mosquito... dont know how it went inside despite the room having no……
