「The room is clean, walking distance to Faro airport which meet our requirements. The check-in staff at the reception is very kind and nice.」

「we were very disappointed in our room. Our "resort view" was a patch of dirt. When I asked of a different room I was told there were none available, despite have booked months in advance. The room itself, while nice and comfortable, had multiple maintenance issues - a lamp where the electric cord literally fell out, the bathroom sink was missing a diffuser causing water to splash all over us when turned on, a shower that would drip after turning it off, and a hair dryer that would not stay...

「This hotel is as advertised. Nice, clean, on the beach. This is maybe a 3 star hotel tops. Don't go here expecting 5 star. But, it is in a great location and clean with a very nice beach.」

「Roots hotel was excellent!! We loved the clean, comfortable, well maintained property with a great balcony, kitchenette, quiet, small but clean bath, best sleep in 3 weeks! Location was perfect for train station and center city, Close to boat tour meeting spots, restaurants, laundry, groceries and shops. Staff were helpful and friendly. I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. We absolutely will stay here again next time in Faro.」

「Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. It was very clean, quiet, and in a great location, making it easy to get around. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, which was great for longer stays or preparing meals. The only downsides were that the double bed was quite small and not especially comfortable, and the apartment could benefit from some modernising in places.
