The condominium has security 24 hours a day and parking inside the condominium, gym and pool (Closed next Tuesday, January 30, 2024 until further notice).
It is located in the residential area of Cancun, 5 minutes from shops, cinemas (Plazas Outlet) and the supermarket (Walmart). 15 minutes from the beach and the hotel zone

If you need help arranging transportation, renting a car, booking tours, activities or making restaurant reservations, we will assign an activities agent to help you.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and at your departure. We also leave you one bath towel and one pool towel per person. However, if you want any additional cleaning, we can coordinate it at an extra cost. (Subject to staff availability, please schedule in advance)
It is a family and quiet condominium. Parties are strictly prohibited and no noise or music is allowed after 9 pm.
❌. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed inside the condo.
❌. No parties or noise are allowed between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., so as not to disturb the neighbors.
❌. Do not hang clothes or towels on windows, balconies or on the terrace.
❌. Pets are not accepted.
❌. No smoking inside the property.
❌. Do not consume ⚠️ illegal substances.
❌. Do not litter or leave outside the apartment.
❌. Do not throw toilet paper or any object in the WC. Deposit it in the trash can.
❌. Respect the speed limit of the condominium.
❌. Do not leave the air on if no one is home and do not use it with windows and doors open.
✔️ Take care of the water in the shower and WC.
✔️ Respect staff and neighbors.
✔️ The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
* For each rule that is not complied with, we have the right to charge a penalty of $50 US, for the 1st rule not complied with, for the 2nd rule $60 US, for the 3rd rule $70 US and so on.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Replacement for loss of key or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
Leaving ❄️ air conditioning and/or lights on after check-out has an extra cost of $20 US.
