I never write reviews but I do not want anybody to waste their money here. It was a very unpleasant experience. A very crowded place. They made us do 2 times the huge lines for check in. Very disorganized, employees at front desk very rude and not just us, I witnessed several other guess checking in already complaing. The place smell is musty, very old. Everything was dirty, not even 1 glass door clean, all with thousands of hand prints that I did not even wanted to touch. Food is horrendous. The only thing looked somewhat nice, were some areas of the pool and the same day we arrived I entered pool around 5 pm and when we left at 530 pm someone already had stole my coverup that was less than 20 feet from us. The rooms with very very old furniture, bathroom had draining hole open with no cover and shower faucet was broken and placed on the side of shower to put it in place when you needed to use it. It was that bad that eventhough I had paid 6000 dollars for 3 nights and 2 rooms from Miami on 4th of July weekend, the following morning after we arrived, I booked Hard Rock Hotel through Expedia paying another $2100 and left the property. Hard Rock is another type of property, service and food. Do not waste your money here.

I like the amenities and the shows every day activities. It was fun. But i don't like some of the stuff are lack of knowledge they doesn't know where the right direction. Like my experience I'm asking about where to go for a restaurant reservation. They send us to a wrong dept. Like literally twice that they send me to the wrong person. Also about money changing you to go to the front desk and go to the line for the people who check in and check out. Then u are there the front desk tell me to go to the 3rd person and go to the other line. So annoying and wasting my time to that line then tell me not there but to the other person. The front desk are mean! Overall not organized and very inconvenient.

It’s an all inclusive but the people who work here are very rude and not wanting to help guest. My room was dirty they came in very day to due the beds but never cleaned the floor (sand was on the floor from coming back from the beach) the towels were never replaced. The restaurant that are (all inclusive ) were disgusting the food around the property was terrible. Beds were small water will stay up in the bath and sink took a while for it to drain.

I was in a room that was dirty, tub broke and bed bugs, vip would not switch me. I complained multiple times. Finally Natalia switched my room, later to find out it had roaches. I have been to Cancun multiple times and this was by far the worse experience ever and resort. I also brung my daughter and she wqs scared. We were denied entry into restaurants because they claimed it was adult only but I saw a kid with their family eating at Maki Taco and I hope me and my daughter were not denied because we are black. VIP staff was rude

If you are thinking about staying here change your mind and stay some where else ive been to cancun multiple times this one i will never come back to. We walked into a dirty resort, after a pretty long wait for check in we finally made it to our room that looks nothing like the pictures. Dirty room faulty toilet and all around dirty area. I decided to walk back to the lobby to speak to someone about even possibly upgrading and got the run around was told by staff in the VIP check in if you have a problem go figure it with other end of the hotel staff members went there to get the run around. I immediately booked to the secrets hotel down the street went back to the room grabed our luggage, Tried to check out and still got the run around so just left. Was not going to let these guys ruin our vacation. Plenty of resorts around like i said dont walk run

En general está bien, el hotel está limpio, las habitaciones cómodas, los shows variados. Uno que otro restaurante no me gustó pero había muchos de donde elegir. El agua de la alberca limpia y de buena temperatura. Faltan sombrillas en el área de la alberca y más espacios en la playa.

Beautiful property, rooms were clean and well maintained. We came with our son’s family, property is geared for a younger crowd. A little too much walking to the various restaurants for us! Good choices of food. People were swimming in the ocean, but the beach and water were full of Sargasso, very uninviting! The pool is beautiful, huge and very clean!
