"Blinds were broken you had people walking around smoking weed the entire time staff was very abrasive and not very friendly the rooms were not "clean" as there was a stain on the floor that could have easily been scrubbed up. There is also no phone in the room when they were supposed to be. Def would not come back"

"I enjoy staying at Comfort Inn Conroe every time I stay. The location is easy to find. The staff is nice and helpful. Snacks and drinks are available plus the free lemon water and coffee are always available. My dog likes a nice walk around the property. I visit Conroe twice a year and plan to stay at Comfort Inn Conroe."

"Room was dirty, no toilet paper, no iron, no ironing board, no hangers. I had to go ask for all of these separately. No real blankets or comforter just decorative blanket covers riddled with cigarette burns. Microwave smelled disgusting. “Free breakfast” consisted of orange juice and coffee. Would have rather stayed at a motel 6. Definitely not worth it and won’t use them again."

"We had a pleasant stay and the staff was helpful. We were able to check in early (for $25) and that worked well for us. One caution about using Expedia to book - the pictures/room descriptions on Expedia do not actually match the room types at the hotel. We specifically wanted the room that had a couch/chair sitting area showing in the picture and the booking said "Suite, 1 King Bed". The room we got at the hotel had the jacuzzi tub in the main room - not what we wanted. It also had a musty/mildew smell. They changed us the next day to the room we wanted, and it was perfect. Just something to be aware of when booking. Breakfast was good, location was handy to many things. Walls are a little thin, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. They are a pet friendly property, so you may hear some barking. Hot tub in the pool area was great - very warm and jets are strong. Workout room was small but met our needs for the weekend. Parking was good also."

"This is my absolute favorite hotel! My partner and I stayed here 2 nights to attend a craft fair and will be choosing Mariott every year from now on! The key to our door was malfunctioning the night we arrived and the employees/manager were so helpful! They had it fixed the very next morning and it truly showed us how important our comfort and safety was to them. Overall it was a wonderful experience, beautiful room, and delicious breakfast! A very welcoming environment ♡ ☆☆☆☆☆"
