“Beautiful home and property. Comfortable beds. Nice amenities. Spacious. Incredible media room. Vrbo didn’t notify property owner until 2 hours before my check in even though I booked and paid 24 hours in advance. Even with the short notice the owner had the property in tip top shape resulting in a seamless checking in. The one star is for Vrbo administration staff who dropped the ball once again with notifying property owner of booking.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The deck and view of Lake Conroe was fantastic. Kitchen had all we needed. We were surprised that the bathroom was downstairs... I did not realize that it was one room since there was sleeping accommodations for 6 or 7. That being said we were family! I would suggest that the owner have a room divider available to use,,, The murphy bed was super comfortable but the sleeper sofa mattress might need to be replaced. “The property is a 5 bedroom with 2 1/2 baths, but the manager has a 6-person maximum stay for a 5 bedroom with an air mattress. After booking and getting the check in information after the 4 pm check in time, I received a request for additional money due to an estimate of guest possibly coming. But nowhere was it listed for additional fees for guest over the maximum of 6 people. Only 5 people actually showed up. But I'm being harrassed for additional money.”
