"A pessoa que nos recepcionou foi bastante atenciosa. Você se assusta um pouco com o local. Fica em uma área bem rural e pobre de Canela. Parecia um pouco perigoso, ainda mais com o aviso que tinha no prédio falando que os assaltos estão mais constantes na redondeza. O apartamento é conforme mostra nas fotos, mas faltam coisas básicas: não tinha lençol, só edredom, não tinha abridor de vinho, abridor de garrafa, não tinha copo, só canecas... A área de serviço ficava trancada, você não tem acesso...

"Fui com minha família, esposa e três filhos, sendo a mais velha com 19 anos. Reservei dois quartos triplos com uma cama de casal e com uma cama de solteiro, gostei das instalações e do conforto do quarto. Nesse período de final de agosto estava frio e podemos contar com o banho quente e o ar condicionado trabalhando esquentando o quarto. Achei o ambiente agradável e o hotel bem conservado."

"I was urged to book a room for my stay since I had a problem with another hotel. I booked here and everything was as easiest as possible. Staff left me a personalized note which was a very warm and very nice gesture. Breakfast was very good, staff is very helpful despite that they not speak English at all, neither any other language than Portuguese, nevertheless, always willing to help. Gym is not good at all, but you don’t really go to vacation to workout hahaha… it would’ve been better that they advice you that the parking has an extra charge"

"We love this hotel, my second time staying with friends and family. Everyone is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. Great pool and Spa service. The restaurant is good but not great. I just wish they had a better menu for lunch and dinner. The breakfast is always great."
