Designed by renowned architect Alexis Dornier, this spectacular six-bedroom villa is perfect for groups of friends and extended families with kids of all ages. The unique tropical design represents open-air living at its finest, while enjoying air-conditioned comfort whenever you need it. The central atrium is the social hub of the villa. A silver sculptural water slide is its centrepiece, splashing into the swimming pool below. An abundance of living and entertainment spaces are spread over three levels.

Each air-conditioned ensuite bedroom is furnished with either a king bed or two queen beds; two bedrooms are fitted with Smart TVs. Other facilities provide fun and relaxation for all ages, including a TV room, pool table, gym, yoga deck, ice bath, a roofed poolside lounge and two dining rooms with adjoining kitchens.

Akashi Residence occupies three floors:
- Lower Ground: Secondary kitchen, secondary dining area, pool table, ice bath, garden
- Ground Floor: Main entrance, main kitchen, main dining area, two bedrooms, guest bathroom, air conditioned living room, swimming pool
- Second Floor: Four bedrooms including master bedroom, terrace, gym, slide to swimming pool.

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING:
- This property is designed to comfortably sleep 12 people. Additional guests are unfortunately not allowed.
- Extra beds are not available at this property.

LIVING AREAS:
- The dining and kitchen areas are conveniently located next to each other, offering an open and inviting space.
- The living area, on the other hand, provides a separate, air-conditioned room for relaxation on the ground floor.
- There’s also a balcony, rattan chairs and ceiling fans, as well as a roofed al-fresco sitting area by the pool.

ENTERTAINMENT:
- High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated media room equipped with a 85-inch Smart TV with Netflix.
- There’s also a pool table on the first floor.

KITCHEN & DINING:
- The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and wine glasses.

- The villa has two indoor dining areas and each can seat up to twelve guests.

- The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

WELLNESS:
The villa has an open gym, ice bath and private yoga deck, with additional yoga lessons provided upon request (extra charge).

FACILITIES:
- For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and a universal adapter.
- Wake-up calls are available upon request.

PARKING:
Sufficient parking space available for three cars and seven bikes.

FOR FAMILIES:
- Baby cot is charged at USD $10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD $5 per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available upon request at extra charge.
- Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

POOL AREA:
- Measuring 17m x 4m x 1.3m;
- No shallow end;
- The pool is set to normal temperature;
- There are six lounge chairs and three pool umbrellas;
- Pool towels are provided.

SERVICES AT EXTRA CHARGE:
- A driver and car rental service is available upon request at approximately USD $60 nett (excluding petrol) for eight hours a day.
- Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking class are available upon request (extra charge).

Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027 and 26 Mar 2028.
