"The room felt dated and could do with modernisation. When we checked in we found our shower was running and would not turn off. Front desk were unable to move us as similar sized rooms were all taken. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the food was okay."

I expected the accomodation to be basic but was disappointed with several aspect however I don't know if they were representative of all rooms.
