「Extremely helpful staff, provides gluten free food when required without making a big fuss like some places. The rooms are clean and tidy although they could do with a little updating, but the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff make up for this minor point 」

「Bathroom was clean, though pillows had make-up stains on and the heating was only turned on when we arrive so took a while to warm up. Staff friendly when we arrived. it is above a pretty noisy pub with inside steps from the pub or a fire escape style staircase from outside. Could hear a couple having an arguemnt on the street below as well. All in all, convenient if needing to be in area but not one if you need somewhere a bit more accessible or quiet.」

「Lovely hotel, with lovely clean, well appointed rooms. We stayed on a Saturday when the football was on next door, but other than the lobby being busier you wouldn’t have known. Lad at reception was friendly and the Hilton chocolate chip cookie was a nice touch. Only thing to consider would be perhaps providing the option for a firmer pillow, but appreciate this is entirely personal preference. 」
