Charming Mountain Loft – Pet Friendly | Mountain Views!

Beautiful Bright spacious 1 bedroom plus master in the loft. This condo has everything you need for a wonderful trip to the rocky mountains.

When you walk in you are immediately welcomed by the bright and spacious area. Brand new stylish and comfortable furnishings with all new bedding and mattresses. A large well stocked kitchen with all new appliances, is perfect for eating in a big or small meal.

Two bathrooms, one located by the bedroom on the main floor and the second attached to the master bedroom. The Master Ensuite is open to the room but has a privacy screen for your use.

Bedroom on main floor with a set of single bunk beds and a double bed able to sleep 3 to 4. Top bunk has a maximum capacity of 200 lbs.

Views, views, views! You can see both the Northern and Southern Mountain chains. The living room has a large 49 inch smart Sony TV with access to cable, Netflix and Prime. The bedroom on the main floor, has a firestick to access Netflix and Prime.

We can't wait to welcome you to this bright, spacious, and charming mountain retreat!

Parking Information
Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth in such a beautiful part of the world comes an increase in visitors—especially when it comes to parking. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.

You’ll find a few options for parking in Canmore:
Limited Free Street Parking – Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas.
Paid Parking Lots – Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.
Standard-Sized Stalls – Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks.

Please note: The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through the end of September) and on weekends year-round. Plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking during these periods.

Great loft experience

Great location. We were visiting for a weekend and the venue was at Canmore ranch which was just down the road 3-4min drive. The reception was at Cornerstone theatre which was a nice little walk to and from. Also super dog friendly building which is nice to see for pet owners.

This property was perfect for our vacation. Bedding was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Views were beautiful. Reserved heated parking spot was sublime for our winter getaway. Great walking path right behind the property. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was centrally located in canmore and a quick drive to Banff. Spacious place with all the amenities you could need. It was super helpful to have a washer and dryer so we could minimize our packing.

Top-Notch Stay

Nice, clean premise in a great location

Great to have underground, reserved parking. Clean unit with decent amenities. This location is excellent and allows you to walk to a variety of locations quite easily. Did find the upper bedroom quite warm despite air-conditioning unit.

Family trip to Canmore

We are a family of 5 that needed the space for our young adults to have their own beds. The property was clean, comfortable and as described in the listing. Fabulous View & Ammenities

We had a fabulous stay! Check In & Check Out was super easy and straightforward. The kitchen fully loaded with all need amenities. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning!!! Amazing stay!

Highly recommended to all who want to visit Canmore and Banff National Park. It has underground parking included in the rent and Park pass too which is a surprise but must be returned upon check out. I like that Fenwick cares about their guests and it takes away the worries and makes our stay a memorable one. It’s a very impressive and very clean suite! It’s also pet-friendly and I know our fur baby enjoyed it as much as we do. We will definitely come back and visit this place again! Thank you Fenwick for hosting our stay!

Cozy Little Mountain Condo

This little condo was an awesome weekend escape! The space is very modern and has great views of the surrounding mountains. It is right in Canmore so is a quick walk to Uber to any of the downtown restaurants/tourist locations. Pet friendly! There were cute doggos everywhere. Toiletries were provided and the space was neat and clean. Can get very warm in the bedrooms, so suggested to use the fans provided in the entry closet. So many soft cozy pillows and loved the plaid bunk bed bedding. Our 7 year old thought this was 'the best house ever'.

Charming is correct!

This place is located close to many amenities, and less than 20mins from the heart of Banff. It is equipped with just about everything you would need. Lots of towels provided and not to mention there’s a washer and dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets. The bedroom downstairs does get a little extra warm but there are fans available, that solved our small issue. The condo is a little smaller than it seems in pictures but it’s still perfect. Only complaint is, it would’ve been nice to know the hot tub/pool is permanently closed before booking. A nice surprise were the table games provided to play with family and the playpen for any small children. It is recently renovated so everything looked nice and shiny🤩
