## Space

Located in a quiet residence two kilometers from the city center of Cannes, this charming studio will offer you all the comfort for a pleasant vacation. Fully air-conditioned apartment, its terrace and private garden are a real plus, significantly enlarging the living space of the studio.
The apartment is composed of an entrance with storage, a large shower room with WC and washing machine, a living room equipped with a real sofa bed for the comfort of your nights, a kitchenette with side and a large bay window on the other allowing access to the outside space. The largely sheltered terrace and its outdoor lounge promise you the opportunity to enjoy the balmy summer evenings in our beautiful southern region.
Private parking and the residence's swimming pool (from May 15 to September 30) complete the rental offer.

##Neighborhood

The apartment is located in the quiet Périer district, close to all amenities.

You will be just 2000 meters north of the Palais des Festivals and the train station. Whether you are on a business trip with the Palais des Festivals as a point of interest or on vacation to enjoy Cannes and its beaches, you can choose between the beaches of La Croisette and the beaches of the Midi. Rue d'Antibes is also a famous place for walking and shopping. Coffee/restaurant break, we advise you to sit in a café on rue Hoche and Cannes Banane. In the evening, the atmosphere reigning in the old town of Suquet will seduce you.

The Croisette, known throughout the world, this ribbon of promenade lined with beaches and palm trees hosts the famous Cannes Festival every year. Red carpet, glitter and celebrities, Boulevard de la Croisette brings together the city's biggest hotels such as the Majestic, the Carlton and the Martinez. From Port Canto to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, it’s a real pleasure to walk there.

A lively city center

Shopping and welcoming terraces, the city center of Cannes has something to seduce. From the luxury boutiques of the Carré d’Or to the big brands on Rue d’Antibes, there is no shortage of choice. Between two purchases, enjoy a little coffee on the terrace of Cours Félix Faure or rue Hoche.

Peckish ? We indulge in the delicacies of rue Meynadier or the Forville market. In downtown Cannes, hedonists are king!

I wasn't able to breathe in the apartment and had to leave after just one night. I requested a refund and still haven't received one. It was an absolute mess I had to find a new place to stay in the middle of a very busy conference. And had to pay very high prices for an alternate accommodation.
